I am always pleased to welcome constituents and local schools and groups to Westminster. Many constituents, school groups and community organisations have visited The Houses of Parliament since I was elected in 2005.

The Palace of Westminster is a truly stunning building with a very rich history. Official parliamentary tours offer an enjoyable and highly informative way to see this wonderful building.

If you are a constituent, a school in my constituency or a local community organisation and would like to arrange a visit to The Houses of Parliament please contact my office.

In his initial response to the question, the Foreign Secretary indicated that this is indeed a unique opportunity to move forwards in the middle east and to move towards a two-state solution... MAIDEN SPEECH

Foreign Affairs and Defence
I should like to begin my first speech in the House with an apology to my hon. Friends. As the new Member for Leicester, South, I can claim credit for being the Labour gain on 5 May. I was also, however, the candidate who did not win the by-election last July. More...
