Westminster Hall debates - Inland Waterways (West Midlands)
Peter Soulsby: Does the hon. Gentleman agree that the most significant areas of waterway on which British Waterways is not able to operate are those that are managed by the Environment Agency? I understand that it would be a comparatively straightforward matter for those areas to be brought within the area in which British Waterways can use its very considerable experience and expertise to invest.
